Summer is here!

The Sixth graders have arrived! and they are ready for 7th grade! We ended the year with lots of amazing activities that showcased their growth as students, classmates and leaders and their incredible talent.

The Wax Museum of Ancient historical figures was a success. They researched, wrote an informative essay about their figure, then found a costume and created a speech that was delivered with an audience. I was so proud of them.

As we are losing a few student due to family relocation, the Sixth graders made the last few days for those moving on special. They sang goodbyes, gave blessings and took lots of group photos to mark the end of a great year together.

They did a fabulous job as team leaders for the Field Day, helping the younger students to create some awesome memories. And finally, they were the final act in our Talent Show. The class did a rousing edition of Rasputin. All of the practice paid off!
