Have a Great Summer!

It is time for SUMMER BREAK! We had the best time in 2nd grade this year learning and growing spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and physically. Our milkweed planting, mural painting, and final National Park project and museum sent us into to summer ready to do our part as stewards of this amazing earth God gave us to live.

Thank you to all of my students and their families for a year I will never forget!

To continue your learning this summer be sure to:

1. Read lots of books! The library may even have a fun summer reading challenge.

2. Get outside and make counting a game! How many butterflies did you see on your walk? How many times did your dog play fetch? How long do we get to be at the lake?

3. Be a historian! Research the history of your go to vacation spot or summer hangout.

4. Ask lots of questions and make observations about everything you see just like a scientist.

5. Pray and read your bible! Jesus wants to stay close to you this summer.

I look forward to seeing you in the Fall for another fabulous year!

Blessings,

Ms. Beall
