Celebrating the new Art Classroom!

This week we celebrated the dedication and blessing of our new upper floor classrooms for St. Aloysius. Students, donors, families, and students finally got to see the new music, art and STEM classrooms, and we are all so excited to embark on a new chapter in school history.  Many of our current eighth graders made tiles with Nancy Giese and they have become the new backsplash for the art room sink. In the photo above, you can see long-time St. Al’s students Ian and Laura pointing out the tiles they lovingly painted back in kindergarten!  Classes in the new building start on Monday, and we can’t wait!

I am St. Aloysius School's art teacher for grades K-8. It is a joy to bring art instruction to our students.
