Merry Christmas!

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow… I grew up in a town where it rarely snowed, so I am still in awe of the beauty that a snow filled morning brings. I am looking forward to another fun-filled week in 2nd grade. Today is our class pajama and stuffed animal party. I am so proud of the student’s for working hard to earn this party!

Friday is our fancy hot chocolate party and Red/Green Free Dress. Thank you so much to everyone who signed up to bring something for the party! I am thankful for the opportunity to celebrate the Christmas season with my students in-person.

After Christmas break, we will be moving to Phase 4 for 1st and 2nd graders! We will be in-person 5 days a week. Thank you so much for all you have done to help your child be successful with distance learning. Since we will be in-person 5 days a week, there will be no online/Seesaw assignments. I will be sending home paper/pencil work in the Red Folders for regular homework. Red Folders will be sent home on Mondays and should be returned to school on Fridays.

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!

Blessings,

Mrs. Foster
