Week of 3/4-3/8

Hello Families!

I hope you are staying warm in this chilly March Weather! This past week, the 6th grade has been working extra hard inside and out of the classroom to keep our school looking beautiful and welcoming, especially with the salt that comes in on everyone’s boots! This week, in addition to our normal Project Pride duties, we have:

Dusted the book shelf
Organized and dusted lockers
Tidied up the bathrooms and shelving near the bathrooms
Washed windows to classroom doors
I have been so impressed at how your children have volunteered for and brainstormed ways to make our classroom more inviting! This upcoming week, the 6th grade will have lots of opportunities to practice being Leaders in Action including a special Tuesday Morning Edition of Monday Morning Prayer and Ash Wednesday Mass with our 1st Grade Buddies on 3/6 at 12:15PM, Mass is currently scheduled to be at Saint Als, weather permitting and families are invited to join!

I also want to remind you that the end of the trimester is fast approaching! The last day of T2 is 3/13. Please take this opportunity to scope out TeacherEase with your child. If you have any questions about any assignments, please contact me. This is also an excellent opportunity for your child to practice autonomy and ask questions about his or her grades, too!

Thank you for partnering with me to support your children. Have a wonderful weekend!!
