Newsletter week of 1/28-2/01

Happy Monday and happy Catholic Schools Week! We love this week because it gives us a chance to celebrate our Catholic identity and all the blessings Catholic school gives to children, teachers, and parents. We hope that the students have fun dressing up this week and that they enjoy all the exciting events our leadership class has planned for us.

A few reminders for this week:

  • Monday is HERO DAY!
  • Tuesday is TURN IT UP TUESDAY! Students may dress as their favorite music artist, band, or their favorite genre of music. (Example- if students like country music, they can dress in flannel, jeans, boots)
  • Wednesday is FUTURE YOU DAY! Students may dress up as what they want to be when they grow up.
  • Thursday is SPECIAL PERSONS DAY! This is NOT a free dress day. Students need to wear their uniforms this day. Students may invite a grandparent, aunt, uncle, or a family friend to school this day. There will be a mass this day at 10:15 AM.
  • Friday is FILM FRIDAY! Students may dress up as their favorite movie or tv show character.
  • Friday is the last day to buy tickets for the St. Al’s auction. The auction is Friday, February 8th.

The newsletter is attached below! There is a regular homework packet this week and the dinosaur project is due February 28th.
