5/6 Collaborative Soda-POP ART

This trimester’s 5/6-ers have just completed their collaborative Warhol-style pop art projects.  They made line sketches of a soda-pop bottle and I made copies for them to shade using different color schemes (inspired by Warhol’s use of repetition).  We reviewed complimentary, analogous, warm, and cool color combinations and they worked together to create a four-panel project with a partner.  These projects turned out great!

I am St. Aloysius School's art teacher for grades K-8. It is a joy to bring art instruction to our students.
