Welcome to All Day Kindergarten! We are off to a good start in kindergarten getting to know each other and our new school routines! Thank you for choosing to send your child to St. Aloysius School. We are learning about God's Love and how we can share it by showing love and respect to each other every day. Back to School Night is Thursday, September 9th, at 6:30. After a short school wide presentation in the gym, each teacher will share curriculum information in their own classrooms. I look forward to seeing many of you there! On Friday, September 10th, we have an all school Mass of the Holy Spirit, at 10:15, in St. Aloysius Church. Please join us for this traditional new school year celebration. This week we will begin a farm animal unit that will culminate with our Spokane Interstate Fair field trip, Thursday, September 16th. We will have opportunities to enjoy many agricultural exhibits at the fair. Farm animals and garden entries are a few of the highlights we will seek out. We are in need of at least 3 more volunteer drivers. If you are able to join us on our field trip, please complete the Code of Conduct training offered here this week on Wednesday at 6:00 in the chapel or Thursday at 5:30. Please check with the office for other training dates. Only chaperones who have completed this training are able to accompany us on field trips. If you have any questions for me, please just ask.
