“Every child is a different kind of flower,
and all together, make this world a beautiful garden.”
Message from Principal Angie Krauss:
I wanted to wish all of you a great spring vacation. We have been covering a lot of curriculum in our classes, so your children will be ready for a break. I hope you have some time to rest and reconnect as a family.
I also wanted to remind you that if you are in the drop off lane to please not get out of your car and go into the building. This lane is designated for drop off and pick up purposes only. Also, our parking lot is designed for vehicles to be in forward motion only. Please do not reverse in our parking lot. I appreciate your cooperation in helping make the parking lot run smoothly for all involved.
Please mark your calendars for June 2nd for Fund Run. Please make sure to turn in your Sponsor Forms by March 31st. This is a key fundraiser for our operating budget and your assistance is greatly valued and appreciated. I would also like to thank Brianna Barbieri for agreeing to be our Fund Run Coordinator. We are looking forward to her joining the team!
Also, just a reminder that registration packets are due Wednesday March 29th. If you are attending a fair share tuition pledge meeting, please make sure you have a copy of your tax return and the Nazareth Guild Tap Grant complete. The Tap Grants are due by April 18th and they are a huge help to our ability to offer fair share.
Last, but certainly not least, I would like to congratulate the Gonzaga Bulldogs for their berth into the Final Four. We are excited for our neighbors and are proud of the Christian testimony the team displayed. It is neat to see them “give the glory to God.”
This morning, we recognized the following students at Monday Morning prayer for their Acts of Mercy: Leila Richardson, Maddie Finnegan and Elias DeLeon.
In Christ’s Peace,
Week of March 20-24
This week we will be coloring with red, blue and yellow crayons taped together to create rainbows and squishing and squeezing green play dough.
This week we will be learning about worms. We will be doing lots of art and we will go for a walk out to the big field for a “worm hunt”!
This week in preschool we will begin learning about farm animals focusing on baby animals. We will discuss what types of animals live on farms and the correct names for adult animals and their babies.
This week we are learning about letter ‘Kk’. We will talk about being kind, taste kiwi fruit, and weather permitting, fly a kite outside!
We will learn about the different dinosaurs, do a spring art and trace and write the letter Cc
This week the tigers are learning the letter ‘h’ followed by sound. We will also do a fun horse craft.
