January 9th-13th

This week

The focus this week is “winter”.  We will continue learning about the weather and winter activities, will be look at ways we people and animals stay warm in the cold and snow.

We will discuss stories about how Jesus grew up and went to the temple.

Letter of the Week

This week we will focus on the letter “Ww” for winter.  We will work on the “Ww” letter sound and think of words that begin with that sound.  We will also read the letter “Ww” book and play what’s missing with the letter “Ww” sound tub.

Hopefully we will be going outside. Please remember to bring coats, mittens, hats, and boots and snow pants to school when needed.

For the protection of all children in our care, this is a reminder that we ask you to please keep your child home if they are sick.

Please remember to check your Childs cubbies daily, and take home any artwork or new items we placed in there.  Also remember to take bedding and water bottles home each week.
